Is the estate hired exclusively, or do you let single rooms?
Ballinderry Park is always hired exclusively. You take the whole 41-acre estate — the Manor House, the Coach House and the glamping — for your group alone. We never share the property between different groups, so the house and grounds are entirely yours.
How many people can stay?
The Manor House sleeps 14 and the Coach House sleeps 12, with luxury glamping adding room for larger groups — up to around 46 guests across the estate. It works just as well for an intimate gathering as for a big celebration.
Can we self-cater, or do you provide catering?
Both. The Coach House has a fully equipped kitchen and private bar for self-catering, and you can add private-chef dinners, breakfasts or full catering in the builder above — mix and match across your stay.
How much does it cost?
