Step away from screens and into centuries-old traditions. Choose from a variety of craft workshops hosted on the estate by our network of skilled craftspeople — including woodworker Eoin Reardon and sculptor Lynn Kirkham. Options range from wood carving and bowl making to coppersmithing, blacksmithing, and dry stone walling. Your group will learn a tangible skill together, creating something real with their hands. It’s a grounding, memorable shared experience that sparks genuine conversation.

Is the estate hired exclusively, or do you let single rooms?

Both. Whole-estate exclusive hire is available — and it is how events and most group stays book: you take the whole 41-acre estate, the Manor House, the Coach House and the glamping, for your group alone. Outside exclusive hires, the individual houses and rooms can be booked by different groups, so if privacy matters, book exclusive use and the house and grounds are entirely yours.

How many people can stay?

The Manor House sleeps 14 and the Coach House sleeps 12, with luxury glamping adding room for larger groups — up to around 46 guests across the estate. It works just as well for an intimate gathering as for a big celebration.

Can we self-cater, or do you provide catering?

Both. The Coach House has a fully equipped kitchen and private bar for self-catering, and you can add private-chef dinners, breakfasts or full catering in the builder above — mix and match across your stay.
