Late check-out can sometimes be arranged subject to the next booking.
For weddings and large events, access times are agreed in advance with you and your suppliers as part of your tailored quote.
Cancellation Policy
Stays & small groups
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival forfeit the 15% deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Events, weddings & whole-estate bookings
The 15% deposit secures your date and is non-refundable. The 50% milestone payment 30 days before the event and the 35% final balance 7 days before the event are also non-refundable once due, as we'll have committed to suppliers on your behalf.
Date changes
We'll always do our best to move your booking to another available date subject to availability and at the prevailing rate. Get in touch as early as possible if your plans change.
Insurance
We strongly recommend wedding / event insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations on either side.
